N.K.Bheema Rao - M.Tech,IIT, Delhi(1971). He founded the group in 1984 after working for more than 20 years in the industry.

N.B.Ashok Rao - M.S.(Electrical Engineering), University of Maryland, USA(1991). He is managing the affairs of the group since 1991.

N.B.Rajeev Rao - M.S.(Mechanical Engineering), Clemson University, USA (1994). He started the Engineering division in 1996.
